Lovely British food on a lovely British island. I thought I'd just add this to balance put the negative reviews from Argentinians who have never been here.

All other reviews are dated. The Woolpack Cafe at Goose Green is recently reopened under new management following renovation of and is a totally different place. I enjoyed it before and I enjoy it now. Yes - it is basic but it's clean and the full English I had was plentiful, well cooked and presented. The staff were typical very friendly Islanders who enjoyed our custom. I bike around the Falklands a lot and now that it's back open, I'll resume my weekend rides with this as an excellent lunch spot.

As you'd expect it's really basic, but also an interesting place and the only place to eat anything you haven't packed yourself out here. Coffee is £1, food is equally as cheap and the lady behind the counter was friendly and very helpful in directing us to the suspension bridge.

Friendly and welcoming. Had a nice lunch, and if you take note of location and logistics you then begin to appreciate this place and what it offers
